912 Gulf Coast Executive Board: No New Endorsement
Wednesday, June 16th, 2010Biloxi, MS -Vice Chairman Steve Brenner of the Mississippi Gulf Coast 912 Project said that “We have endorsed our candidate and he is not in the race anymore”. The executive board 912 Project on the Mississippi Gulf Coast voted unanimously not to endorse any other candidate in the 4th Congressional District of Mississippi. There had been rumors that pressure from the Mississippi GOP would lead to the endorsement of Steven Palazzo the primary winner.
“We are not an electoral arm of the Republican Party” said Mr. Boudreaux, adding “They need us more than we need them.”
According to the Mississippi Gulf Coast 912 Project’s website and Charter: “Our goal is to educate and inform as many willing patriots as possible in the history of this great nation and where this nation now stands with respect to that history, and through peaceful means take steps to restore the constitutional form of limited federal government that was provided by the founding fathers.” Mr. Boudreaux, also a charter member of the group said that if the Republican Party had been doing their job, then their would have been no need for the Tea Party groups.
The Mississippi Gulf Coast 912 Project was founded in the first quarter of 2009 and supports conservative values, principles, and speaks out against legislation that is contrary to those principles and values. Regardless of political party, the group stands with the United States Constitution, the beliefs of the Founding Fathers and with the 9 Principles and 12 Values of the 912 Project.
